Vision
Transpersonal Coaching is working with organisations to create an environment of authenticity, transformation, connection and commitment to the highest potential of all.

It is envisaged that by recreating the corporate environment based on these principles individuals will feel a sense of fulfilment, joy, contribution, meaningfulness in their work and fulfilment of their highest potential. From this the organisations highest potential is also fulfilled.

PROGRAMS

Executive Coaching
This provides support to executives through facilitating a process of awareness and responsibility in an area of their work including decision making, communication, strategic planning, conflict resolution and leadership.

Team Coaching
Coaching for teams is aimed at creating teams that are committed to responsibility, alignment, contribution and empowerment for members. This includes meetings with individual members of the team and meetings with the whole team together.

Authentic Leadership Workshop: Learning to empower the leader within
This is an experiential program for leaders and potential leaders interested in developing leadership skills based on authentic communication, accessing inner wisdom, awareness of the self and the inner critic. It is then focused on integrating these skills and awareness within the organisation through a follow-up program of coaching for each participant.

Authentic Communication Workshop: Learning the truth skills
This is an experiential workshop for anyone working in organisation interested in learning to communicate more powerfully through authenticity. Understanding how you communicate, what blocks you from powerfully communicating and how to learn the truth skills of powerful communication. It is then focused on integrating these skills and awareness within the organisation through a follow-up program of coaching for each participant.
