Background
Satyam has worked with some of Australia 's largest corporations in the areas of business development, strategic planning, training & development, coaching, project management and finance.

As a coach, trainer and speaker, Satyam has a special talent of being able to bridge the workplace/career orientated side of thinking and exploration, with the more spiritual/personal development work. She has spent hundreds of hours exploring different types of meditation, listening and embracing different spiritual teachings and undertaking challenging therapeutic techniques to facilitate her own growth. This has enabled her to clearly facilitate others in their process towards highest potential.

She has a Bachelor of Business and has achieved CPA qualification.

As a coach
Satyam Vinya has been coaching people both in business and personal life for the past 7 years. She is qualified as a coach, mentor, assessor and trainer with Results Coaching Systems (www.resultscoaches.com), who are aligned with the International Coaching Federation.

Her success has derived from her dedication to personal/spiritual growth for herself and those she works with. She embraces her work as an expression of her values of truth, love, joy and growth. As a Trainer
Satyam has facilitated programs in Workplace Coaching using the Results Coaching Systems methodology. She has lead programs to train managers as internal coaches for their organisation and train employees in the use of coaching skills. The programs also included assessment and mentoring of participants.

She has a background in Corporate Banking working in the areas of accountancy, finance, project management, strategic planning and business development. Business development included working with organisations to understand their financing needs and tailor a financial solution to their current strategy.

She has also facilitated programs in the following areas: self development, team development, advanced coaching skills, marketing, customer service, project management, event management and performance management.
