Transpersonal Coaching is committed to the realisation of humanities highest potential through supporting individuals to experience their truth within and then integrate this into the world in a powerful way. Thus fulfilling their potential and having an impact on the world by creating a sense of peace, harmony and unification.

What Is Transpersonal Coaching?
The central concept in Transpersonal Coaching is self-transcendence, or a sense of identity which is deeper, broader, and more unified with the whole. The root of the term, transpersonal or literally "beyond the mask," refers to this self-transcendence.

This form of coaching does not see the human personality as an end in itself. Our personal history and the resulting personality traits, tendencies, and attributes are seen as the crust or skin covering our transpersonal essence. Another way of putting this is that the personality is, by design, the vessel or vehicle which enables the soul and spirit to navigate through the world. Thus, the proper role of the personality is to be a translucent window, a gateway to the divinity within.

Transpersonal Coaching stands at the interface of coaching and spiritual experience. It is the field of coaching which integrates coaching concepts, theories, and methods with the subject matter and practices of the spiritual disciplines. Its interests include spiritual experiences, self development & understanding, mindfulness, meditative practices, creative processes, inquiry & exploration, understanding the inner critic/superego and development beyond ego boundaries.

The transpersonal approach is an expanded, fuller and richer view of the range of human experience. It incorporates insights and skills about human development, healing, and growth to deal more skilfully with the issues that arise during the spiritual journey. It is not based on any religion or a set belief system. Rather, it is an inquiry for each individual into their own beliefs and ultimately their own truth.
